Alhambra Palace


Alhambra Palace founded by royal  Bani Ahmar or the Moors from North Africa region. Bani Ahmar was the last ruler of the Islamic empire ruled Andalusia  (Spain).

Alhambra Palace stood firm in the hills of La Sabica, Granada, Spain. He was a silent witness to the triumph of Islam as well as historical evidence in Spain (formerly Andalucia).

Name Alhambra comes from the Arabic, hamra ', the plural of Ahmar which means "red". Named Alhambra palace-which means Red Palace-because the building is much decorated tiles and red bricks, and wall decoration rather florid ceramic shades with Islamic art, in addition to a marble-white marble and beautiful.

However, some have argued, a name taken from the Alhambra Sultan bin Muhammad al-Ahmar, the founder of the Islamic empire Bani-Ahmar's ruling last Islamic kingdom in Spain (1232-1492 AD).
