Sanqingshan
Sanqingshan has been considered a sacred place. Used by Taoists to meditate, and believe it to lead to immortality is very easy to see why.
Sanqingshan is shrouded in fog for the 200-day year. The mist gave the world the quality of the mountain, along with thousands of streams that pour into the pool, granite formations that resemble the silhouette of a human, animal, and pine trees are oddly shaped. Swimming pools and vegetation creates a unique environment that lures many exotic and rare birds and animals to make their homes there. Sanqingshan is home to about 2,500 plants. This is one of the only places to find plants that are used in making traditional Chinese medicine.
